We are looking for Singing teachers who are passionate about teaching and can make learning enjoyable for their students. Earn up to JPY 4,356 per hour, with each lesson lasting 60 minutes and no minimum number of lessons required per week. We are seeking teachers who can commit to teaching with us long term. If you have expertise and experience in teaching Singing and can communicate effectively with students, we would love to hear from you.

Singing Teacher Application Requirements and Registration Process

Tomiyoshi Music School is looking for teachers who can help students enjoy learning Singing. We welcome experienced, passionate musicians who communicate well with students. Please see the application requirements and registration process below.

We will assess your application. Our recruitment team will contact successful applicants only.
Once your application is approved, send us the information required to complete your registration.
After registration, we will send you the information you need to teach with us. Please review it and wait for student referrals. You are free to continue your usual activities while waiting, with no obligation to remain on standby.
When we receive a lesson enquiry in your registered teaching area, we will contact you with a teaching opportunity.

These are our application requirements for Singing teachers. At Tomiyoshi Music School, we support students’ progress through enjoyable lessons. If you have extensive experience or strong communication skills, we encourage you to apply. Preference will be given to applicants with experience in Singing education or teaching, and those who can commit to teaching with us long term.

Frequently Asked Questions

Unfortunately, registration with Tomiyoshi Music School is limited to practising professional musicians. While definitions of “professional” vary, we define it here as earning at least 80% of your total income from music. Please do not apply if you do not meet this requirement, even if you are enthusiastic and willing to work hard.
Generally, you only need to tell us about your skills and experience in the application form. If we cannot verify the information provided, we may ask you to submit a performance video or other supporting material.
All information provided in your application will be assessed. We will contact successful applicants only. All information about teaching with us will be provided through our dedicated website for registered teachers.
Anyone aged 18 or over is welcome to apply, including students, homemakers and parents. However, we prefer applicants who can commit to teaching with us on a long-term basis.
There are no fixed teaching hours or restrictions. You can arrange lesson dates and times directly with your students. However, if your availability is very limited, we may be unable to refer students to you.
Up to JPY 4,356 per hour. Full payment details will be included in the automatic confirmation email sent after you apply. You may withdraw your application at any time if the payment terms do not suit you. If you do not receive the confirmation email, please check your spam or junk folder.
